Our Site provides information regarding our product and allows you to purchase the product online. None of the Site content should be considered as medical advice or an endorsement, representation or warranty that any particular exercise or movement is safe, appropriate, or effective for you.

The visual interfaces, graphics, design, compilation, information, data, products, Sites, and all other elements of the Site provided by Silverplus Ltd are protected by intellectual property and other laws. All Materials contained in the Site are the property of Silverplus Ltd or our third-party licensors. You may not make use of the Materials. Silverplus Ltd reserves all rights to the Materials not granted expressly in these Terms.
- Certain of the names, logos, and other materials displayed on the Site or in the Services may constitute trademarks, trade names, service marks or logos of VENYY or Silverplus Ltd. You are not authorized to use any such Marks without the express written permission of Silverplus Ltd. Ownership of all such Marks and the goodwill associated therewith remains with us.

2.2 When placing an order, the customer must always notify:
a) a consumer’s name, address, email address, postal address and telephone number or telephone numbers.
b) a corporate client, your company name, contact name, email address, postal address, business ID and telephone number or telephone numbers.
2.3 The Customer agrees with every order, each existing contract, ordering and delivery terms and conditions relating to deliveries.
2.4 Silverplus Ltd’s customer register is confidential and Silverplus Oy has the right to use it as provided for in the Consumer Protection Act.
2.5 Registered customers can log on and subscribe to the old ID. When ordering for the first time, contact information is added to the customer database.
2.6 Communication on order and delivery issues takes place by e-mail and telephone.
2.7 The trade agreement will enter into force when the customer has submitted an order.
2.8 We reserve the right to restrict the sale of products in batches – due to the poor availability of such products.
2.9 Silverplus Ltd’s liability on poor availability, government restrictions, import of the product or other issues on providing the product, is always limited to trade demolition and restoration of the money paid in advance.
2.10 All Silverplus Ltd’s products sold are sold as they are. Make sure you understand the product data sheet on our website.
2.11 If the customer wants a product refund of the Consumer Protection Act, the product must be returned back to Silverplus Ltd within 14 days. Before the refund, be in contact with Silverplus Ltd customer service. Silverplus Ltd is not liable to recover the cost if the refund is not made in accordance to the instructions. Silverplus Ltd is not responsible to recover the shipping cost of the refund, only the product costs.
2.12 In clear product error cases, Silverplus Ltd will be responsible for recovering the shipping costs of the refund and the costs of providing a new product to replace the default product. Return must be made within a reasonable time after the error has been detected or should have been discovered. Please contact the customer service before a refund.
2.13 Silverplus Ltd is not responsible for any errors in reporting dealers.
2.14 Silverplus Ltd reserves the right to choose their customers.
2.15 Silverplus Ltd is not a health care provider and cannot and does not diagnose or treat your health conditions. Silverplus Ltd provides no endorsement, representation or warranty that any particular stretching moves used will be effective or appropriate for you.
2.16 The site and all materials and content available through the site are provided “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranty or condition of any kind. No advice or information obtained by you from the site or any materials or content available through the site will create any warranty regarding Silverplus Ltd.
3.1 The rates are inclusive of VAT, but do not include shipping cost.
3.2 Shipping costs are determined depending on the location of delivery, time of the order, as well as the weight and size of the order.
3.3 In cases of a manifest error in the price of cases Silverplus Ltd may rely on an error, such as if there is not such an obvious mistake that the customer should have understood the existence of an error.
4.1. All the Consumer and corporate payments are done through Paytrail. Acceptable methods of payment are: credit card payment (Visa, Mastercard, and American Express), internet banking payment, MobilePay, and Collector invoice and part payment.
Silverplus Ltd will act solely as the marketer of products and services and will provide the products to the buyer. Silverplus Ltd is solely responsible for the marketing, supply and handling of possible reclamations.
4.3 Payments of the product and the trade transaction is between the customer and the Paytrail Plc. Seller is responsible for all obligations relating to trade. Paytrail Corporation is also the recipient.

Paytrail Plc (2122839-7) is a collecting payment service provider and an authorized payment institution that works in cooperation with Finnish bank and credit institutions. Paytrail Plc is shown as the payment recipient on your bank or credit card statement. Paytrail Plc will forward the payment to the merchant. 5.1 Silverplus Ltd delivers orders in an average processing time of 1-7 working days, unless otherwise stated. The normal transit time for products is 1-10 days. We will aim to inform the customer, if the product processing time is more than 7 days. Big orders may have a longer delivery time. Also, the delivery time for sold pre-order products will be longer.
5.2 Silverplus Ltd will be responsible for the goods being damaged or lost during the transport of goods from Silverplus Ltd to the customer. In case of refund, the customer or the carrier will be liable if the goods are damaged or lost during the transport from the customer to Silverplus Ltd.
5.3 If the customer receives a damaged product delivery, he/she has to make a complaint about it to the transportation company and to Silverplus Ltd without any delay. If the damage is present when the product has left Silverplus Ltd for delivery, the package must be marked in the transport company’s waybill booking as an indication of damage.
6.1 The customer has a 14 day return and exchange policy from the time of package delivery (including weekends and holidays, excluding the pick-up day). The customer is obliged to prove the date on which the package has been picked up through a receipt or bill of lading.
6.2 The right to return the product does not apply to used products. Returned products must be unused.
6.3 The customer is liable on covering all the costs when returning the product based on return and exchange policy. In clear product error cases, Silverplus Ltd will be liable on recovering the costs of the refund shipping and the costs of providing a new product to replace the default product. Return must be made within a reasonable time after the error has been detected or should have been discovered. Please contact the customer service before a refund.
6.4 The definitions of an acceptable product refund:
a) The product is in its original package (well-packed) without any additional indications or traces.
b) There is a copy of the receipt / referral.
c) The return is made not later than 14 days from the date of purchase.
6.5 Incomplete returns will be sent back at the customer’s expense.
6.6 We do not redeem unpaid or credit packet transmissions (returns or warranty repairs). Returns and warranty shipments must be made by delivering the product straight to Silverplus Ltd.
6.7 When returning the product to Silverplus Ltd, the customer is liable to pack the package well in a sustainable way. Silverplus Ltd does not accept the return of the product, if the refund is not packed properly.
6.8 The products incompletely or incorrectly submitted for warranty service will be sent back to the customer at the customer’s expense.
6.9 Silverplus Ltd will not refund products returned based on a product error, if the product is intact, it is not a warranty, or covered by the return time or return, or the definition of warranty repairs would not otherwise be met.
7.1 VENYY has a one year warranty. Silverplus Ltd is responsible for ensuring that the product works for the period.
7.2 Silverplus Ltd’s obligation to take care of the product warranty limited to a general error is always the provisions of Chapter 5 of the Consumer Protection Act.
7.3 All warranty returns are tested first. The guarantee is conditional on the use of the product in accordance with the recommendations and instructions. Silverplus Ltd may be released from warranty liability if found probable that the deterioration or breakage of the product is due to an accident or improper use of the goods.
7.4 The warranty does not cover the inappropriate use of the product. The inappropriate use of, inter alia, the use of the product intended for home use for professional or semiprofessional use. Making changes to the product or its remedying is always denied by the warranty.
7.5 If the product is damaged due to 7.3 or 7.4, the product will be returned to the customer and the customer will be charged the prevailing handling fee and shipping costs.
7.6 In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, the buyer must inform the guarantor of the error within a reasonable time after the buyer discovered or ought to have discovered it.
7.7 Maintenance is always carried out Silverplus Ltd by the authorized party or Silverplus Ltd. On-Site service has been performed other than individually by agreement.

Purpose of processing personal data
The register is used only by Silverplus Ltd, customer relationship maintenance with the customer. Placing an order does not require registration in the customer register.
The personal data stored to venyy.com customer register is used for order processing, marketing and customer relationship management issues.
Regular sources of information
Contact information is stored in the connection with the customer’s registration. Other information stored when the customer makes a purchase/purchases online.
Disclosure of information
Customer database information is only used by Silverplus Ltd’s and its external credit and available billing services. Data is not released outside Silverplus Ltd and the use of partners at other times, as in matters of credit, collection and invoicing. Personal data shall not be transferred outside the European Union.
Customer information is stored on password-protected external database server, which is accessible only to company staff.
The customer has the right to check the data relating to him from the register by contacting the registrar.
