How does it work?

Being passive is our secret. – VENYY literally takes the work from you and makes it possible for your muscles to relax and stretch in a completely new way. It will only take 3 minutes a day and does not require anything from you. No exercise gear, sweating, difficult movements, a lot of empty space, nothing. You just hold on to VENYY and it will do the work for you. Sounds wonderful, doesn’t it? Yes, it does!

VENYY is based on a specific height and weight leverage which will PASSIVELY STRETCH the most important parts of your entire body in one simple and easy move. Actually – you don’t have to do anything – just hold on to VENYY for a few minutes a day and it will do the stretching work for you! Super easy, fast and simple.

Start using VENYY once a day. When you have become used to the movements and feel the difference in your body, you can start using VENYY more often. Use VENYY especially after doing repetitive activities like, for example, after sitting for long, after doing gardening or cleaning, after running or after work.

Total Stretch

Place the red ball on top of number one. Push your pelvis back and lean slowly forward. Extend your arms and relax your head between your arms. Keep your knees in a neutral position and breathe calmly. Concentrate on being still and relaxed for 1 minute and let VENYY stretch you.

Stay in leaning forward position and push your hip to the side and lean with your hands to the opposite side. This side stretch will take the Total Stretch a one step further and increase the amount of effected muscles. Concentrate on being still and relaxed for 1 minute per side and let VENYY stretch you.

When you are done with the stretching, move slowly back to the middle and get up by bending your knees and by pushing with your hands.  When getting up, don’t stress your relaxed back by using the back only.


Chest Opener Stretch

Place the red ball on top of number two. Take a light grip of the handle and keep your shoulders relaxed. Let VENYY pull your hand slowly backwards. Do not let your body rotate. Stand still, relax and breathe calmly. When you advance, move the red ball further away to the side. It will increase the level of the stretch.


How do I know what is normal flexibility?

We have created a special chart to show you how normal flexibility looks like. When stretching with VENYY, you can easily tell how tight your body is and how much work you have left on your flexibility. Take a look at yourself from the mirror or ask someone to take a picture of you while using VENYY and you will know where you started and when your flexibility is normal.

But remember, nothing lasts forever! If you stop using VENYY, your muscles will slowly start to shorten again and the stiffness returns with all the problems along with it. That’s why you should use VENYY every day. Consider it like brushing your teeth – your teeth are healthy and strong as long as you take care of them. Once you stop, the problems will start to emerge. Luckily using VENYY is so fast and simple, it is easy to do every day!

Normal flexibility

Your hips are at a 90 degree angle and your back slightly hangs downwards like a hammock. You are not pushing yourself down, instead the position feels good and natural. You don’t feel any pain or discomfort in the position.


Stage 1 tightness
At stage one, your back curves upwards either on your lower back area or higher up. This shows you clearly where your problems lay. The stretch might still feel in a completely different place, since it is very common that tightness in some part of your body causes problems in another part.

Use VENYY daily to relieve the tightness and you will start feeling better and pain free. You will also notice your back curving less and less in this stretch.


Stage 2 tightness
At stage two, your back curves upwards the whole way from your hips to your shoulders. The stretch is likely to feel little uncomfortable, since the stiffness in your body is so extensive. You have often had more or less musculoskeletal pains and received low scores in the flexibility tests.

Even though the tightness is high, remember that more isn’t better. Use VENYY daily, (not more!) to relieve the tightness, and you will start feeling better and better. Once your body has become accustomed to this stretch and the pains have started to diminish you can start using VENYY more often. You will start noticing improvement in your posture and in your exercise routine.


Stage 3 tightness
At stage three, your back curves sharply upwards.  The stretch is likely to feel uncomfortable, since the stiffness in your body is very extreme. You have suffered from musculoskeletal pains for a longer period of time. Some daily routines have been affected by it and you might not be able to perform some sports due to these pains during or after the exercise.

Even though the tightness is very high, VENYY can still help you. Use VENYY daily, even though being in a Total Stretch position might cause discomfort. Stretching will get easier and easier when little time passes and you will feel a big difference in your body and in your appearance. The most important thing is that pains will start to lessen and eventually become very rare or disappear completely.

“About six years ago I started to have problems with my back with an increasing pain.
The reason was unknown. I started to visit different doctors, physiotherapists and health professionals to get rid of this pain so that I could go on with my education, work and life in general.
Years passed by with numerous visits to specialists which mostly resulted with plenty of exercise tips, prescription medicines, pep talk, massages, acupuncture – pretty much everything there is to try and I’m sure the specialists did their best.

On one visit to a doctor I received an offer for early retirement due to the condition of my back. During that time I was under 30! Nevertheless I still didn’t want to give up to the pain and “accept it” as I was told on few occasions.

In 2016 in my search for a cure for my back pain I came to visit Silverplus health club.
I had heard that they have personal trainers with plenty of experience regarding different health conditions including back issues so I wanted to give it a try.

I booked up few hours where my back and overall health was measured and received appropriate customized plan for back rehabilitation including exercises with VENYY stretching tool. I did the exercises every day. In the beginning of the fitness program I had doubts in my mind; what If this is just one of those programs I have done previously and the pain still remains?

All in all, I kept doing exercises daily, even multiple times a day when time went by. Slowly but surely I started to feel the improvements in my posture, overall health and the reduced amount of pain I had on daily basis.
Time went by and I continued doing the exercises and had regular meetings with personal trainers from Silveplus.

Now my back condition and health overall is totally different than it was six years ago. I’m able to work full time and study alongside work and live a great healthy fitness lifestyle!
